As we make our way through the golf swing, we are now looking at the finish of your swing. The best way to think of the follow through is by using other sports that we are already familiar with.

For right-handed golfers, when you throw a ball with your right hand, your finishing position will be the same as if you hit a golf shot. For left-handed golfers, you will have to throw the ball with your left hand to simulate the golf follow through.

In the above video, you will notice that I focus on how we naturally turn our hips when we throw a ball. In addition to that, we will also want to look at where our right arm moves throughout the throwing motion.
